WHO WE ARE
Tony’s Tacos was founded in 2020 by Italian-born chef Mike Scotto, who set out to reinvent the taco through the lens of authentic Italian cooking. Built on generations of old-school recipes and a bold entrepreneurial spirit, the brand quickly gained a loyal following by doing something no one else was doing tacos, the Italian way.
What started in Floral Park has grown into a fast-expanding Long Island favorite, with locations in Huntington, Franklin Square, and Garden City and Queens Center Mall, Green Acres Mall, Levittown, Holbrook and Babylon locations opening in 2026. Tony’s Tacos isn’t just a restaurant it’s a chef-driven brand built on flavor, energy, and growth.
